A company is a high‑tech enterprise specializing in energy storage and power‑supply products, including household energy‑storage systems, consumer power supplies and customized supporting products. Its overseas business focuses on OEM/ODM manufacturing with an English‑language independent website.
Before cooperation, the company only served the Russian market via remote online communication. Lacking local channels, it suffered from low order conversion efficiency.
We adopted an operation solution combining online lead generation and local implementation. We screened 45 locally‑adapted core products through market research. A sample showroom was set up in Moscow to receive dealers and bulk buyers for on‑site inspections. Working with the client’s technical staff, we trained local after‑sales teams and improved the local service network. We developed local distributors and end‑buyers from mining, logistics hardware and other industries, while maintaining client relations and launching new‑product promotions.
During the project, over 120 valid inquiries were received, 5 clients were signed, and 4 long‑term hot‑selling SKUs were established. After implementation, the company achieved stable annual sales of RMB 6‑9 million in the Russian market, completing the transformation from purely online business to integrated online‑offline localized B2B operation.
